    Marilyn Berger

    Cell: 717-940-1444

Marilyn Berger is a licensed realtor in Pennsylvania and Maryland. On Valentine's Day 1979, she opened the doors to her own office, and she could not have chosen a better day for a career she loves so much. Though the small firm consisted only of Marilyn and a part-time secretary, the size of the operation was never an issue—quality is always preferred to quantity, Marilyn believes. From early education through parochial schools through graduating Lancaster Catholic High School and attending Franklin and Marshall College, she is Lancastrian through and through. She is also a graduate of the Real Estate Institute and has actively sold commercial, residential and investment properties for 50 years. She continues to enjoy locating the right business or home for a prospect and shows no signs of slowing anytime soon.

    Marilyn Berger-Shank

    Cell: 717-468-0407

Marilyn Rose was born and raised in Lancaster Township by her entrepreneurial Lancaster loving parents. Upon graduating from Lancaster Catholic High School, she received her B.S. in nursing then a Masters degree in Clinical Oncology from UVA.

Marilyn’s life in Florida and South Carolina blessed her with her three lovely children, which prompted her to return to Lancaster County in 1988 and join her mother, Marilyn Berger, in real estate at Berger Real Estate, Inc. Her 28 years in the business has provided her with a wide variety of experience including new home construction, relocation, commercial real estate, and investment properties.

To Marilyn Rose, real estate and nursing are very much the same… working with people who are going through a major life change who just need someone to listen to them! It entails either steering them in the right direction or simply standing beside them as a support system in one of the biggest decision making processes life has to offer. She enjoys every facet of the business - meeting new people every day in many different stages of life, exploring the various homes of Lancaster County, the day-to-day problem solving involved in real estate transactions, and representing both sides of the business - buyers and sellers.

In her free time Marilyn Rose enjoys spending time with her three lovely children and her beautiful granddaughter.

She renovated her home in Manayunk and decided to put her accounting and finance experience to work managing several local family businesses.

Abby loves seeing properties turn into stylish and wonderful homes. Cait Carpenter

    Cell: 717-824-9906

Cait moved to Ephrata at the age of 3 years, attending Our Mother of Perpetual Help Catholic School from Kindergarten through 8th grade. Her professional background is in sales, with experience selling life, disability, and long-term care insurance. She worked hard to earn a license to practice as a financial adviser.

Cait’s interest in real estate started young. Her parents built her childhood home, and she was curious about how other homes were constructed in her neighborhood. Her fascination for interior design and architecture has followed her career. In early 2012, she transitioned into real estate, selling new homes in Lancaster, Harrisburg, Mechanicsburg, and Hershey. She simply adores the Marilyn Berger Team and this community. Cait lives in downtown Lancaster with her husband John, her son Henry, and her dog Sully.
